What is a health check? 
Discover whether you are getting the best use of your system and that it is working correctly for your practice by conducting a Health Check. Generally we take a look at how your systems are setup, how your reports are setup, whether your systems are speaking to each other and payments are coming through etc. Depending on which Health Check you require we will discuss your concerns and pain points, review your file and produce a report and suggestions on our findings.

  • What’s included? 
    Each healthcheck includes a report and two meetings. The initial meeting will help us understand your issues, goals and information you wish to attain. After the initial meeting you will be provided with a thorough report with video recording. Following the report, you will have a second and final meeting to discuss the findings, strategies and suggestions.
